Are the services from Undivided-Love insured? Yes, we provide a high quality service and we are also fully insured for your protection. We have both third party liability and professional indemnity insurance for your protection. Equipment failure is also covered by the use of multiple camera bodies and lenses.Will you own the copyright of our wedding pictures? All our wedding photography packages include an online gallery of images with full printing rights given to the client. Which gives you the freedom to print and share with family and friends. Should I have two photographers? Two is always better than one when it comesto wedding photography and better still a male and female touch to the day. Two photographers working together ensures even more captured moments. Also the ability to use different lenses at one given moment in time gives us the freedom in more creativity. I am too shy in front of the camera. How will you work on it?  Don’t worry, most of our clients are shy and don’t like to be in front of the camera, but our aim is to build your confidence in a relax and calm way, documenting your day and allowing you to enjoy your wedding. Do Jamie and CInthia take formal groups as well as candid photos? Yes and as quickly as possible! we like to limit group photographs to a maximum of 20 minutes and we will work to a pre-arranged list. We will ask your ushers to help gather the necessary guests. The more organised you are about this, the quicker it will be. What cameras do Jamie and Cinthia use? We use professional Nikon digital cameras also Fuji X Series. These cameras along with a selection of top quality professional lenses allow us to work unobtrusively in all lighting conditions, even candle light. However, we try not to get too hung up about our kit – it’s the skill of the person taking the photograph that determines the end result. How much digital manipulation goes into our pictures? Every image is assessed for colour and tone. Most images are them “tidied” to some extent before black & white options are created When will our pictures go on to the internet? Normally within one- two weeks of your wedding day. How long will it take for us to get our album? You have the option not to have them uploaded to the internet. As soon as you choose your pictures, we will work on the layout and the whole process will take about 3 weeks once you approve the final design. You are free to collect your album if you happen to be near the Bedfordshire area or we can courier it to you ‘at cost’. When I get my images will the quality be like when I make my own prints All files will be colour corrected and edited prior to despatch to you. The quality & colour of prints however will be out of our hands and we cannot offer any guarantees regarding this. Any orders made via the online gallery will be professionally printed via our calibrated and state of the art monitor to an award winning photography lab, specialising in Wedding and Portraiture. If our album gets damaged by a flood or fire, can it be replaced? Yes. We keep accurate records of all orders and albums layouts. We do however recommend that you have your wedding album and photographs insured on your home contents policy.
